Who Can Be Included?

Spouse / Civil Partner

Both the investor's parents/grandparents AND the spouse's parents/grandparents can be included if:

• ✓They are financially dependent on the investor (no sufficient independent income)
• ✓They are not independent adults with their own established household

What Documents Are Needed for Family Members?

For each family member:

• ✓Valid passport
• ✓Spanish NIE (we obtain this as part of the process)
• ✓Birth certificate or marriage certificate (apostilled and sworn-translated into Spanish)
• ✓Proof of dependency (bank statements, declaration of dependency)
• ✓Private health insurance valid in Spain
• ✓Clean criminal record from country of residence (apostilled)

Can Family Members Work in Spain?

Yes. All family members included in the Golden Visa authorisation have the same right to work in Spain as the main investor. Children can also attend state or private schools in Spain.
